Production + Shipping
Once your order is placed, our jeweller will begin crafting your piece thoughtfully, locally, and just for you. When ready, you’ll receive a preview photo before it is shipped by Express Post.

Can I add more discs?
Yes! You can layer multiple discs on the same chain to create your own story. For now, please reach out to our team if you’d like to add extra discs to your necklace. Additional costs apply.
Warranty + Aftercare
Every custom piece includes 1-year warranty for workmanship defects as well as the benefit of our ongoing aftercare. You will always have our jeweller available for cleaning, repairs, and long-term maintenance (additional costs apply). Please see our terms and conditions for more information.
