Shipping Policy

The Esq team aims to dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours via Express Post. However, please note that delivery times are not guaranteed and may be subject to occasional delays. Upon successful checkout, customers will receive a confirmation email containing their order number, and a tracking number will be provided once the order is dispatched. 

We kindly request customers to carefully review and verify their details during checkout, as Esq Jewellery cannot be held liable for incorrect deliveries resulting from input errors. In case of incorrect orders, an additional payment of $10.00 AUD for domestic orders and $25.00 AUD for international orders will be necessary to facilitate reshipment. 

After Esq Jewellery ships the orders, any shipping inquiries should be directed to Australia Post directly. Please be aware that late deliveries caused by third-party courier companies or orders that may be incorrectly scanned as delivered are beyond Esq Jewellery's control.

All shipping fees are non-refundable. For returns and exchanges, customers are responsible for covering postage and re-postage costs, as Esq Jewellery does not refund delivery charges, except in cases when a product is deemed faulty.

 When placing international orders, please consider potential clearance, duties, customs, and tax charges. Esq Jewellery does not cover any of these charges, and it is the sole responsibility of the receiver and/or purchaser to settle them.

Please notify our team in the check-out notes if you'd like your pieces individually boxed, as orders with 2 or more pieces will be boxed together. You can also include a personalised note that we will include in the order for you. Pricing and invoicing are sent via email confirmation and are not included in orders.



Order Processing

An order detected as fraudulent will not be processed. In these circumstances ESQ Jewellery will process a full refund and notify the customer that their order has been cancelled.
Discount codes can not be applied to any custom orders, 9K or 14K solid gold pieces.
All sales are final. ESQ Jewellery will not offer refunds or credits on incorrect ordering, misuse of discount codes or change of mind.
