Check your details carefully at checkout. Esq Jewellery is not responsible for incorrect deliveries due to customer input errors. Re-shipping incorrect orders: $15 AUD (domestic) / $30 AUD (international).

Once orders are shipped, all delivery enquiries should be directed to Australia Post. We are not responsible for late deliveries caused by third-party couriers.

All shipping fees are non-refundable, except where a product is deemed faulty. Customers are responsible for postage on returns and exchanges.
