Shipping Policy

The Esq team will endeavour to Express Post all orders made within 24-48 hours, however this is not guaranteed and can be subject to delays.


After check out, customers will be provided with a confirmation email containing their order number, and a tracking number is sent upon dispatch.


Customers are asked to ensure their details are correct at check-out as Esq Jewellery will not be held liable for incorrect deliveries due to input errors. An additional payment of $10.00AUD for domestic orders and $25.00AUD for international orders will be required for any incorrect orders to be sent out again.


Once orders have been shipped by Esq Jewellery, all shipping enquiries should be forwarded to Australia Post directly. Esq Jewellery is not responsible for late deliveries caused by third-party courier companies or orders scanned incorrectly as delivered.


All shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all postage and re-postage of returns and exchanges, as Esq Jewellery does not refund delivery charges, or the cost of returning products except when a product is deemed faulty.


Please consider clearance, duties, customs and taxes when ordering internationally. Esq Jewellery does not cover any of these charges and it is the sole responsibility of the receiver and/or purchaser.

Please notify our team in the check-out notes if you'd like your pieces individually boxed, as orders with 2 or more pieces will be boxed together. You can also include a personalised note that we will include in the order for you. Pricing and invoicing are sent via email confirmation and are not included in orders.



Order Processing

An order detected as fraudulent will not be processed. In these circumstances ESQ Jewellery will process a full refund and notify the customer that their order has been cancelled.


Discount codes can not be applied to any custom orders, 9K or 14K solid gold pieces.


All sales are final. ESQ Jewellery will not offer refunds or credits on incorrect ordering, misuse of discount codes or change of mind.
