Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours, but please note this is not guaranteed and may be subject to delays.
  • After checkout, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number.

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

SHIPPING METHODS + FEES

Australia

  • Express Post: 2-3 business days once dispatched

  • FREE shipping on orders over $200

  • $15 flat rate on orders under $200

International

  • Standard 7–10 business days

  • $30 flat rate

  • Please note that any customs, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

PACKED WITH LOVE

  • Orders with 2 or more pieces are boxed together unless otherwise requested.

  • Include a note at checkout for individual packaging or a personalised message.

IMPORTANT

  • Check your details carefully at checkout. Esq Jewellery is not responsible for incorrect deliveries due to customer input errors. Re-shipping incorrect orders: $15 AUD (domestic) / $30 AUD (international).

  • Once orders are shipped, all delivery enquiries should be directed to Australia Post. We are not responsible for late deliveries caused by third-party couriers.

  • All shipping fees are non-refundable, except where a product is deemed faulty. Customers are responsible for postage on returns and exchanges.

  • Fraudulent orders will be cancelled and fully refunded.

CUSTOM + DISCOUNT NOTES

  • Discount codes cannot be applied to custom orders, 9K, or 14K solid gold pieces.

  • All sales are final: no refunds or credits for incorrect orders, misuse of discount codes, or change of mind.
