All Esq Jewellery products come with a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase for all manufacturing defects only. All products that are deemed to be faulty, as the result of a manufacturing fault, will be repaired at no cost to the customer. For all repair enquiries, please visit our repairs page.


Customers are advised that mishandling and wear-and-tear during the course of normal use is not considered a fault, as all Esq Jewellery is fine in nature and should be handled carefully.

Products that are no longer covered by the Esq Jewellery 6-month warranty, or are damaged because of mishandling or mistreatment, will not be eligible for a replacement. Customers can however opt to have their item repaired for an additional fee plus postage which will be invoiced to the customer via email and commenced once payment is received.


Please note that mishandling includes mishandling by the customer, shipping accidents, exposure to the elements, abusive knocks, normal wear and tear, exposure to abrasive surfaces, scratches, ageing & natural tarnishing. Any Esq pieces returned to Esq will be assessed by an accredited jeweller into the nature of any mishandling. Customers are advised to read Esq Jewellery’s care guide before purchasing Esq Jewellery.


In the case of a manufacturing fault, please contact Esq Jewellery with your order #, your full name and address, and photographic evidence with a brief description of the fault. Please note that shipping will need to be covered by the customer for returns over 30 days.



Esq Jewellery will gladly offer an exchange or online credit note on all orders should you change your mind within 30 days from the purchase date.


Esq Jewellery will only accept exchange for the following:

  • Items in their new, original condition i.e. have not been worn, damaged & are returned with original packaging. Under no circumstances will any worn piece be replaced or refunded.
  • Items within the 30 day returns time frame


Esq Jewellery will not accept returns of:

  • Sale items - all items purchased in our sale section are final.
  • Earrings - For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept any returns on earrings, unless the item is faulty, in which case we will provide a full refund.
  • Custom pieces
  • Gift vouchers


Should any Esq Jewellery item be returned not within the above frame, the goods will be shipped back to the customer.

All returns are at the expense of the customer and under their responsibility until the goods are successfully delivered to Esq Jewellery.

Esq Jewellery will only issue a refund if the product has been deemed to have a manufacturing fault upon arrival. If this has occurred to you please contact our team at info@esqjewellery along with your order number and image of the fault.


If your piece has broken after wearing it please refer to our Warranty and Repair page.


Esq Jewellery does not issue refunds for change of mind or incorrect ring sizing. All product sizing and details are thoroughly described in the respective product descriptions and therefore refunds will not be issued for failing to consult this information.



All returns are at the expense of the customer and under their responsibility until the goods are successfully delivered to Esq Jewellery. Esq Jewellery will not be held responsible for goods that have been lost or damaged during return shipping; goods must be sent via a method that is trackable.

In any case of refunds on items, shipping as part of the original order is not refunded.



We will be extending our 30-day exchange policy over the holiday period. All orders placed across November and December have until January 31st 2024 to be returned for an exchange or credit note as long as the pieces are in unworn, and in new condition. All standard return conditions apply.
