All Esq Jewellery products are accompanied by a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects exclusively. In the event of a manufacturing fault, where a product is deemed faulty, Esq Jewellery will carry out the necessary repairs at no charge to the customer. Mishandling and/or wear-and-tear incurred during normal usage are not considered manufacturing faults, given the delicate nature of all Esq Jewellery pieces. Thus, we advise handling each item with care to ensure its longevity.


Products that are no longer covered by the Esq Jewellery 6-month warranty, or are damaged because of mishandling or mistreatment, will not be eligible for a replacement. Customers can however opt to have their item repaired for an additional fee plus postage which will be invoiced to the customer via email and commenced once payment is received.


Please take note that mishandling encompasses various factors, such as mishandling by the customer, shipping accidents, exposure to harsh elements, abusive knocks, normal wear and tear, contact with abrasive surfaces, scratches, natural aging, and tarnishing. To ensure a seamless experience, we strongly advise customers to review Esq Jewellery's care guide prior to making a purchase.


In the event of a manufacturing fault, please reach out to Esq Jewellery with your order number, full name, address, and photographic evidence accompanied by a brief description of the fault. For returns made beyond 30 days, kindly note that the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping cost.



At Esq Jewellery, we are pleased to offer exchanges or online credit notes for all orders, provided you wish to change your mind within 30 days from the date of purchase. 

To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met: 

  • Items must be in new, original condition, free from any signs of wear or damage, and returned with their original packaging. We do not accept worn pieces for exchange or refund under any circumstances.
  • The return must be initiated within the 30-day time frame from the date of purchase.

Please note that the following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Sale items: All items purchased from our sale section are considered final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Earrings: In compliance with hygiene standards, we are unable to accept returns on earrings, except when the item is found to be faulty, in which case a full refund will be provided.
  • Custom pieces
  • Gift vouchers

 Items returned beyond the specified time frame or those not meeting the above criteria will be shipped back to the customer.

The customer is responsible for all costs and responsibilities related to returns until the goods are successfully delivered to Esq Jewellery.

Esq Jewellery will only issue a refund if the product has been deemed to have a manufacturing fault upon arrival. If this has occurred to you please contact our team at info@esqjewellery along with your order number and image of the fault.


If your piece has broken after wearing it please refer to our Warranty and Repair page.


Esq Jewellery does not issue refunds for change of mind or incorrect ring sizing. All product sizing and details are thoroughly described in the respective product descriptions and therefore refunds will not be issued for failing to consult this information.



All returns are at the expense of the customer and under their responsibility until the goods are successfully delivered to Esq Jewellery. Esq Jewellery will not be held responsible for goods that have been lost or damaged during return shipping; goods must be sent via a method that is trackable.

In any case of refunds on items, shipping as part of the original order is not refunded.
