At Esq Jewellery, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn't quite right, here's how we can assist.

 

ELIGIBLE RETURNS

 

You can return your item within 30 days from the purchase date, provided it meets the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original condition

  • Accompanied by original packaging

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale items

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons, unless faulty)

  • Custom pieces

  • Gift vouchers

Return shipping is at the customer's expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and a padded bag to ensure the item reaches us safely. In order to proceed with a return, please contact our team first at info@esqjewellery.com Once your return is approved, our team will send you our return details. 

 

EXCHANGE + CREDIT NOTES

 

If you change your mind:

  • We offer exchanges or online credit notes for eligible returns.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • Credit notes are valid for 12 months from the issue date.

  

REFUNDS

 

Refunds are issued only if:

  • The item has a manufacturing fault upon arrival.

  • The fault is reported within 30 days of purchase.

  • You provide photographic evidence of the fault.

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect ring sizing


WARRANTY + REPAIRS

 

All Esq Jewellery is finely crafted and should be handled with care. Our warranty covers manufacturing faults as follows:

  • Gold-Plated & Ready-to-Wear Pieces: 6 months from purchase

  • Custom & Solid Gold Pieces: 1 year from purchase


Mishandling and normal wear-and-tear are not considered faults. This includes:

  • Accidental knocks, scratches, or exposure to abrasive surfaces

  • Exposure to chemicals, water, or other harsh elements

  • Ageing, natural tarnishing, plating wear or general wear

Items no longer covered by warranty or damaged due to mishandling will not be replaced, but customers may opt for repairs for an additional fee, plus postage. Repairs are assessed by our accredited jeweller and commenced once payment is received.

If you believe your piece has a manufacturing defect:

  1. Contact us at info@esqjewellery.com with your order number, full name, address, photos, and a brief description.

  2. All returns are assessed by our jeweller to confirm the fault.

  3. Shipping costs for returns over 30 days must be covered by the customer.

HOLIDAY PERIOD RETURNS

 

To accommodate holiday shopping, orders placed in November and December have until January 31 of the following year to be returned for an exchange or credit note, provided the item is unworn and in new condition.
