Can I wear this in water?

Yes, sterling silver is water‑safe and perfect for everyday wear. Swimming, showering and washing hands are all fine. Just avoid chlorinated pools and harsh chemicals.

Will it tarnish?

All genuine sterling silver may naturally oxidise when exposed to different conditions, humidity or skincare products. This is normal and easily reversible. A quick polish with a silver cloth will restore its shine. We also work closely with our trusted jeweller, who offers professional cleaning and maintenance services to keep your Esq Jewellery pieces looking their best (additional charges apply).

When will my order ship?

Your piece ships immediately once it’s complete, which can take between 5-7 business days. You’ll receive tracking as soon as it leaves our Sydney studio.

Returns & Warranty

All Esq Jewellery handmade pieces include a 1‑year warranty covering manufacturing faults. If your jewellery ever needs attention beyond normal wear, we work closely with our trusted jeweller who offers professional cleaning, re‑plating and maintenance services to keep your pieces looking their best.

Because this piece is handmade to order and personalised, it is final sale. If something isn’t right when it arrives, we’ll always make it right - just reach out and our team will take care of you.
