Shipping Policy

After check out, customers will be provided with an invoice number with their tracking number for each delivery. Orders received after 3pm will be dispatched next business day.

Customers are asked to ensure their details are correct at check out as ESQ Jewellery will not be held liable for incorrect deliveries due to input errors, late deliveries caused by third-party courier companies or orders scanned as delivered.

ESQ Jewellery will not be held responsible for goods that have been lost or damaged during return shipping; goods must be sent via a method that is trackable.

Once orders have been shipped by ESQ Jewellery, all shipping enquiries should be forwarded to Australia Post or DHL directly.

All shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all postage and re-postage of returns and exchanges, as ESQ Jewellery do not refund delivery charges, or the cost of returning products except when a product is received faulty.

 

AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS

Free express shipping is available for orders over $75. Orders under $75 will incur a fee of $12 for express shipping.

All orders dispatched by ESQ Jewellery are sent via Australia Post Express Post Service. Estimated delivery time is 1 business day within the Australia Post network.

 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

All international orders dispatched by ESQ Jewellery will incur a flat rate fee of $30 for shipping via DHL Express. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery.
